On Saturday, August 11, 2012, Live… Breathe…Survive… showcased the talents of emerging artists and designers through a charity event supporting cancer research at the ZAHZO gallery in Chelsea, NY. This event was dedicated in memoriam of Joseph Pugh and Margo Basset as well as to raise funds for the American Cancer Society in order to aid care and research for cancer patients.

On February 11, 2012 Iman Cosmetics gave an informative evening of consultations and conversations with the theme An Iconic Beauty in Every Era at the Hue-Man Bookstore in Harlem, NY. Iman Cosmetics industry experts, Byron Barnes, Make-up Artist to the stars, along with Desiree Reid, General Manager, talked about the evolution of beauty, the Iman product line, and educated the guest on the importance of keeping your skin up to par.
