Celebrating the Dream of Martin Luther King, Jr.

The city of Jacksonville celebrated their 27th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast on Friday, January 17 at the Prime Osborn Convention Center in Jacksonville, FL.  Soledad O’Brien, former CNN journalist and CEO of Starfish Media Group was the featuring Keynote Speaker on this commemorating event which honored Martin Luther King’s legacy. Celebration of Life Annual Benefit

What better way to celebrate life, than to observe an occasion on a weekend where our country also saluted those who have served our nation. On Sunday, November 10, 2013, L.J Holloway & Associates, Inc. presented “An Evening with Will Downing” to support the 7th Annual “Celebration of Life” Benefit Concert at the Florida Theater. A concert celebration, which was ‘fund-filled’ to award scholarships to deserving students majoring in the disciplines of health and science where they are underrepresented.

Love’s Taken Over with Funds for UNCF

Love has definitely taken over with the support of many to raise funds for the United Negro College Fund’s (UNCF) scholarship recipients. On Thursday, March 28, AT&T presented, “An Intimate Evening with Chante’ Moore” at the Al Hambra Palace in Chicago to support students involved in the organization. The evening started with a private VIP reception which allowed guest to enjoy complementary hors d’oeuvres as well as have a meet and great with the R&B songstress, Chante’ Moore.

AT&T and Case-Mate Partner with COMMON to Benefit Chicago Youth

The phrase “It takes teamwork to make the dream work” could summarize the launch event of AT&T and Case-Mate’s partnership with Grammy Award winning hip-hop artist and actor, COMMON; a man artistic in many creative platforms who used his artistic talent to design smartphone cases to support his nonprofit organization, The Common Ground Foundation.
