Dear friends,
A recent trip to the Sunshine State is all I needed to revitalize my spirit and relieve me from the hustle and bustle of the city. The humidity, greeting from loved ones, authentic southern treats no one can beat, palm trees, and flowing waters made me realize there’s no place like home!

Following the Course…
What better way to spend an adventure this week then to have one with a friend whom you haven’t seen in years come to the “Big Apple” and also become acquainted with a new extension for the clique. Different versions were thrown because of excitement, but finally the story was aligned to make us realize our course for today. If it wasn’t for the people in our lives, the love of music, and an artist by the name of Raphael Saadiq, a friendship would have never been garnered into the one established today.

It’s been three weeks into my 30-Day Self-Love Challenge and for those who missed my first post, the challenge gives an opportunity for individuals to choose themselves first.
